    Pros

    Cons

    Management over works employees

I have been working at Tennis Express full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Flexible schedules
    Fun staff
    Room for growth
    Company discount
    401k and Health insurance plans

In my time here I've learned a lot within the company and gained experience personally. The staff is fun and easy to work with, but come with your occasional bad apple. If you put your work in and put work first it's a nice place to grow. Really good place if your currently going to school(college) the will work with your schedule.

    Cons

    No holidays
    Young hires
    Occasionally micro managed

Retail, so you don't get a lot of holidays off. Only Christmas and New Years. The inexperienced are mostly teens and don't provide the work ethic needed during high traffic seasons. Some, not most, managers need to work on being more professional and putting in their own work.

    Advice to Management

-Put in effort on knowing who are your strong members.
    -Micromanage those needed.
