Leaving a toxic team Not having to attend an office and having distance from sites if needed Unsafe for females

Very weak SLT Boys club who have intimate relationships with employees where in other businesses would be deemed gross misconduct… Face fit type vibe Lots of long standing employees in senior management who have been promoted through length of service not skill Bullying behaviour brushed off Honestly please avoid any head office role here Zero HR leadership and very high turnover
