      Small company with great pay (with bonuses) and unmatched benefits.

      Pros

      Small but stable company (25 years) with a good reputation. Comfortable and relaxed work environment. Good hours. Fair hourly wage plus quarterly profit sharing bonus plan that makes your total pay GREAT if you do your work as expected. Better benefits than any competitor. Free work truck with gas card. Great health insurance free to employees. Company matches 401(k) deposits. Owners include employees in some decisions.

      Cons

      Occasionally ask for overtime, but not required. Owner is picky about how paperwork and reports are done. Owner can be blunt and abrasive but he's a good guy and seems to care about employees.
