Pros

Only good thing about this place is the people I have met in the service department and the truck drivers. Leaving for a competitor.

Cons

Management is a bunch of ex Blue Line and Sunstate Good Ole Boys. If you not part of that cliche, stay away. Complete branch turnover rates for hourly employees is extremely high. Pays below industry average. $18/hour for a mechanic expected to have $20000 in tools. No trust for anyone in management. Lies and double talk from District Managers.

Pros

Great benefits and great pay

Cons

Be ready to be micromanaged. A huge disconnect from upper level management to the store level.

Pros

Plenty of overtime, good benefits, really good time off availability, mostly a strong sense of team mentality, and very big on safety.

Cons

As is the case with many industries lately this company struggles with filling roles from outside the company or replacing roles that were filled from within. This left plenty of work and not a lot of manpower to do it. every location is different, but most locations have to have many employees filling at minimum dual roles while not receiving adequate compensation for doing so. Days can be long and stressful. Most employees do what they can and there is a sense of teamwork for most locations. However, the team is stretched thin, and holes do push through. Also, some roles are very misleading in the hiring process titled one thing yet not doing what your title is most of the time or not at all. Also pay is very unbalanced. If you are hired for sales you'll love it. No paperwork, no putting in orders, really just be a good time person and you will do really well. The people that have to actually make those sales happen (store managers, dispatchers/inside sales, drivers, yard/wash guys) are all over worked, not compensated financially well, and carry all the weight of blame when promises aren't met, and none of the praise when things actually do go well.
