      Pros

      Very diverse work environment and all the employees are very kind and fun to work with. A fast paced work environment with lots of change and opportunities to try new things. Beautiful work space and state of the art sewing equipment. Likes to promote from within the business.

      Cons

      Small staff makes the work load very heavy at times. Need to hire people with more experience.
