Themis values employees as individuals and not numbers (unlike larger silicon valley companies). Compensation is great while loyalty is rewarded (not looked down upon) - most of the employees have worked here for more than 5 years! Internal promotion is always preferred, which explains why they don't have such a high employee turnaround - no one wants to leave! Intelligence and handwork is rewarded and the engineering team (which makes up most of the company) is extremely skilled and hardworking.

Being a small company, every employee is challenged and expected to wear a variety of hats - so if you are the type who wants to stick to your job description, look elsewhere. However, if you are quick learner and want to be exposed to a variety of skills this may be the place for you.
