Working 9-10 hours per day, including an hour break for lunch however It would be nice if communication between offices was more planned out Office in NYC could be bigger, but it is growing and it's only their first year

I worked at Timetric full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great team members to work with. Help is given when needed. Great team bonding activities and recently began adding team incentives to help boost competitiveness within the office.

    Cons

Managing US office from London office is Difficult. Commission scheme needs to be improved and Salesforce needs to be more organized.

    Advice to Management

Put together better sales commission for the ny office. And bring 2 analysts to the nyc office.

I worked at Timetric for more than a year

    Pros

Get to leave at 5, relatively interesting products, and the experience looks good when you are looking for a new job (which you will)

    Cons

Micromanagement, no training, low base, unrealistic commission targets, no coffee and no marketing support or market awareness of most of the products

    Advice to Management

Take management classes, actually support your employees and set realistic targets - don't lie to them to get them to accept the offer

I have been working at Timetric full-time for less than a year

    Pros

None. You will be offered a gift wrapped unattainable compensation package. Just rely on Base Salary.

    Cons

Countless. For the starters no coffee or water in the break room.

    Advice to Management

Invest in the people and the office space

I worked at Timetric for less than a year

    Pros

There was nothing enjoyable about this job. Hours were horrible, boss was awful. No growth opportunities.

    Cons

Micromanagement was huge here, most employes had anxiety from dealing with the manager. The manager would disrespect his employees both behind closed doors and in front of other employees. Management did not care for employees to have a good work life balance, there were always sexist remarks being made.

    Advice to Management

I would advice that management takes leadership courses, and work harder to gain respect of employees.

    Cons

Not client focused, very stripped back and basic. Very few if any benefits. Revolving door

    Advice to Management

I worked at Timetric full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The people you work with are nice

    Cons

No career development. No company structure. Few projects to gain experience in. Poor data, frequently you find data that is a lie or completely untrue. Sometime staff are told to make up excuses and even information to deceive clients, Officially known as "be positive about the information". Produced by understaffed people in India. Some countries in Europe such as Germany, Italy and France are poor data collection..., they only have data accuracy at ok level in very transparent market. If you are a client look at the project update is not always done it is just logged as done, look at construction start and end date, look at which projects are live vs the ones that are dead.

    Advice to Management

Dead projects are worth nothing. Do not promise clients what you can not deliver.

    I worked at Timetric full-time

    Pros

Opportunity to gain some experience if you need it, but no opportunities to progress in the role

    Cons

Couldn't feel less valued as an employee. No performance reviews, no salary increases, no career progression opportunities, no benefits, no training, no investment in employees, old and slow computers, terrible morale in the office. Get the impression that most people are only still there because they haven't found another job yet

    Advice to Management

At least pretend to give a XXXX about employees
