The management and atmosphere within one department have significantly impacted the overall team dynamic, fostering a negative work environment. Unfortunately, there is a concerning lack of receptiveness to feedback from the management, coupled with a deficit in interpersonal skills. This has contributed to a toxic work environment and disrupted workflow within the department.
