      Pros

      The best reason to work for torch is the endless opportunity for growth. I love the idea that you can't put a price on what I'm worth. Also the freedom to grow in the company that is right for you. I Love helping people and this allows me to do that in office and out.

      Cons

      There aren't any cons to this. If you are driven and have integrity and want more than anything else to be successful! then you will find this opportunity to be exactly what you're looking for!!

      Pros

      None. There were maybe one or two people that were actually nice to you, but that's it.

      Cons

      Where to begin. There was no work/life balance. You could expect phone calls from Team Leaders at 8 pm after work and then Sunday nights...

      Door to door business sales

      Pros

      Some really nice people and they are very much about training and giving positive energy. At the end of each day they do feel-good exercises to make people feel valued.

      Cons

      Felt like a cult; you are basically a door to door salesperson, selling paper ; ink cartridges and other office supplies. You must use your own car, pay for gas meals. The job is made out to be intensive where you may work for weeks without any pay, it is multilevel marketing at its core.
