Pros

Torn Ranch has phenomenal products that far exceeds most of what is out there and has been given the recognition as THE Forbes Travel Guide Brand Official Gourmet Specialty Foods and Snack Provider. That says a lot! They have a very strong (mostly new) Sales Team working with premier properties and a strong client base. This company has HUGE potential.

Cons

ZERO Direction from the very top ZERO Decision Making ZERO Professionalism ZERO Communication ZERO Competitive Employee Benefits ZERO Marketing / Innovation ZERO Company Culture ZERO Infracture ZERO.

Pros

My colleagues were wonderful and my pay was good.

Cons

Where does one start?? The owners are heartless, not to mention back stabbing Gossips.... Nothing but constant disrespect.. from owners & Management. The benefits would have been great except the out of pocket was so much per month you needed a second job to afford it.. The owners were only about making money not at all concerned with the employees. I had such High hopes when I began my employment there, that quickly faded. Upside I learned What to look for in the interview the next go round.. When we apply for a job we too are the interviewer of the company of which we are interviewing for.. Points of Warning! When a potential employer says to you... How do you feel about certain employees that you will be working with.. being hard to deal with??? That question coming from a future employer is a Big RED Flag!!! Run as fast as you can..>> It means that they allow (look the other way) (are quite aware) that a current employee behaves in a manner that is not appropriate for the work place. Just friendly advice!
