The management team used Google search to solve problems. It was brutally clear they were in over their head and promoted simply based on the employees' "affinity" for the C-level team

Pros

The people. Coworkers were usually capable and willing to assist items, especially the employees that had been around for a while.

Cons

Pay is below market value. There are no annual performance reviews, no regular raises and the health benefits offered are horrible. Upper management drove this place to the ground. Management was/is allowed to run wild and there is no one to keep them in check.
