      Pros

      Flexible hours and can work as much overtime as you like, laid back office environment, you get the opportunity to use and learn some cool drafting software.

      Cons

      HR has too much power, you are never really sure who you are suppose to report to. Investment group owners and company executives do not care about the lower tier employees. Very high employee turn-around.

      benefits, profit sharing, ESOP, Health insurance

      Cons

      no diversity in the office space, employee owned but you don't have much say, reported to osha a few times over covid-19. Didn't let anymore work from home unless mandated by governmental body. Freedom of speech is more valued than creating a safe, non-hostile environment, favoritism is apparent at the company.
