Challenging and exciting. .
Dec 30, 2016 - Relationship Manager in Chicago, ILRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I have been working here just over six months and appreciate being surrounded by people passionate about what they do and determined to succeed. A few of the pros: - Opportunity for advancement (If you're willing to work hard) - Great co-workers - Ability to collaborate with management on solutions. - Conference travel - Groceries are provided every week so you can eat breakfast/lunch/snacks in office - Modern offices with top of the line technology for daily work - Flexibility for time off From everything I've seen the company is committed to being an industry leader and with that willing to change/learn/adapt when it's needed, and I think that says a lot.
Cons
Currently understaffed so there is a variety of roles to fulfill.

Still no Payment since my Request in March 2022!!!
Jul 11, 2022 - Copy EditorRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
none. It used to be just a tiny side job, do tiny little jobs whenever they appear, not very often.
Cons
Right now, they are quarreling to pay twenty-something dollars since March 2022. First, they stopped payments with PayPal, and now they saying Payoneer isn't working.......they asked for the same forms to complete over and over again, promised payment by such and such time.........and nothing happens. The names of the reps are changing and they are all promising.......and then the spiel starts again. Shame on them to battle around with such a tiny amount!! Just received this response: "We'are sorry for the inconveniences caused but we technically could pay the amount under $20. Now you have $23 and we're going to pay this amount after July 19. After that your account will be deactivated due to your request. Thank you for understanding. "

Great place for anyone, who enjoy freelancing
Jan 4, 2023 - TranslatorRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Freelancing gives me a chance to have more freedom. I can build my working day as I wish. During last few month I have similar schedule, but I don't need to align it, when something happen and I need to free some time. I'm excited to being a part of such remote team!
Cons
Hmm... I can't recall any

Pros
I'm helping people understand each other – this is an essential for me. Translation industry allows me to learn different things every day. Today I translated materials for productivity software; yesterday – financial blog post; last week – instruction for agriculture equipment. Of course, while I was starting, I did a lot of monotonic translation. Sometimes I wondered if I wanted to do this. But constant work and development gave me an opportunity for growth. I'm able to work when and where I want. A few months were needed to prove my translation skills. And now I get more orders and can skip those translations I don't want to translate.
Cons
Don't know any right now
