Pros
The incdentives were good, sometimes as long as the customer didnt cancel their membesrhip.
Cons
Bad management, people working under the influence, bosses harrasing women. Bosses humiliating employees in public. They steal employee's money and this is no joke. If you are a customer of their membership, I am very sorry and try to get out of it asap.
