- "A very real and closely held culture of making things better and always asking questions." (in 4 reviews)
- "If upper management stopped defending itself so much, and actually focused on fixing the VERY apparent issues (all of the original staff quit in 4 months), then they could maybe accomplish something, rather than using intimidation and fear to force their employees to 'enjoy' their jobs." Pros
Fantastic company culture, respectful of work-life balance, great discounts and great employee appreciation. Overall, I really enjoyed my time with travisMathew corporate, and would recommend them to anybody.
Cons
Some of the team members in IT were over-worked, though they were very loyal to the company and enjoyed what they did. This was brought up to management, and although they tried to alleviate the issue to the best of their ability, it generally fell on deaf ears.
