    Pros

Pros of working at Tri ed were working with great people, and getting the knowledge of the product they sold. Plus great incentives!

    Cons

The down side was there wasn't enough overtime offered to catch up on inventory preparation, or getting the warehouse up to par.

    Pros

Good company for benefits and reasonable compensation (starting pay). Great co-workers who were more like family to me (since I was there 13 years and getting the knowledge of the product they sold).

    Cons

Poor corporate management (Especially Boston and New York), lack of support and slow to implement new processes. Benefits are not that great (especially since they never changed in 13 years employment). Lack of meaningful KPI's, lack of ability to access data, company slow to adopt process improvement suggestions. tregional manager was a complete idiot

    Advice to Management

Fire ALL idiots in New York City corporate HQ, Fire dwarf in Boston, MA who is loud, boisterous and doesn't KNOW anything, PAY raise and benefit increase would have been great!
