The department I worked in, the people were wonderful and supportive. Got to work with some huge clients that was great for building up a resume.
Cons
Everything else was pretty horrible, including the insane hours worked to get things done on time.

• Executive management team brought in by Xasis after purchase was not effective • Company could not determine a direction after losing major clients • Leadership did not practice the core values of the company that they themselves introduced

Account management team and managers were great to work with.
Cons
Took on everyone’s jobs when they decided they wanted to make cuts to the company. Account managers weren’t compensated for taking on full time jobs of the employees they let go. This included the media planning team and project managers.
