      Pros

      When I started here at TDM, I was immediately met with friendly faces and a respectful environment. I was quickly welcomed into the group and have since loved my time as an employee. The office is the furthest thing from cold—in fact, I consider my coworkers and bosses some of my strongest allies. People here are in your corner beginning on day one, helping you succeed and ensuring you love what you do. Those that have been here for years are willing to show you the ropes, propelling you to be the best you can be in your position. It says something when you wake up and look forward to seeing the people you work with!

      Cons

      I do wish TDM offered 401k benefits, however, this will come in time as the company continues to grow.

      Pros

      I spent 6 years there... and with hard work, a little bit of talent, and probably some luck I was rewarded with close to 6 figure income for the majority. Consistently fun environment with great people, from owners down to the janitor. They also put forth effort to do extra rewards like company outings, contests, and holiday parties.

      Cons

      Inside sales isn't for everyone... it takes discipline, fortitude, organization, and ability to hear "no" often but keep pushing.

      Great Place to Learn and Grow!

      Pros

      Endless opportunities to succeed, and great support from management. I came to the space with little experience and I felt welcomed right away. About a month in I felt extremely comfortable with cold calling and emailing. Management conducts weekly meetings which are extremely helpful. The sales team is very supportive and always willing to share their methods on what works and what does not. The owners are extremely flexible with anything you need, and the overall environment is very laid back. Everyone wants everyone to meet their goals and do well! This is a great place to get your foot in the door and learn about Digital Advertising from some very experienced people!

      Cons

      Cold calling/emailing is not for everyone. It is a redundant process. You need to be extremely persistent disciplined, and organized. While at times you can get lucky, this job requires a lot of hard work! So be prepared for that :)
