      Pros

      Business is steady and growing Good people

      Cons

      People are worked to the bone. Many people often times will work 14+ days with out a day off. Questionable moves regarding overtime pay (people being moved to salary, not getting the OT paid) A toxic culture...people are not happy here. It's a depressing environment because the 'underlings' are worked to the bone. The owners are the ones calling the shots, cutting under the table deals. Then everyone else in the company has to clean up the mess

      Pros

      Fast Paced , challenging, aggressive, positive, and overall exciting. The company is growing VERY rapidly. This means that its very challenging and you'll have obstacles to tackle form left and right. But this means that boredom is never the case.

      Cons

      Training, Infrastructure. The company is growing a little too fast causing a delay in training and communication.
