    Pros

You get to learn how the work life is like In the aviation business, and develop new skills. You can take all you learn wherever you go(these skills-administration, sales, problem solving- can be applied to any other industry. Just like in any business, if you like it you will succeed otherwise I recommend not to work in aviation here or anywhere

    Cons

There was a period of 6 to 7 months with a a lot of overtime and I did not have a life outside of work and then there was a period with barely any work. There’s a lot of intimidation used against employees, never be late and agree to every shift you’re given.

    Pros

    Excellent leadership. Understanding and helpful.

    Cons

New going into the position that we were in facilities Management. So you had to monitor work orders 24/7. Being a subcontractor, had to be a yes man. Once a relationship was built, it was not too difficult. Had to defend your associates actions and develop a root cause on equipment failures that were not our fault constantly.

Been working here for a month and a half. Don't like it. Wouldn't recommend. You can do better

    Pros

None at all. Stay away. Unless necessary. You can do a lot better. Trust me. Hopefully that is twenty words by now. At least you get employee discount at food court

    Cons

Basically everything you've seen in my review. Including no benefits, no paid vacation, crappy hours, and no airport flying discounts. First off, if you don't want to work 8-10 late hours on Saturday/Sunday, don't work here. The "breaks" are basically non-existent no matter how long the shift. You could be working for 8 hours and get yelled at if you sit down God forbid I rest my body for 5 minutes out of 8 hours. Also, be prepared to know Spanish because English is the second language at this place. Keep in mind that the airport is open 24 hrs because you can get scheduled whenever. I tried to take time off one time and they tell me 3 weeks into working that I need to sign a paper at the beginning of the week in order to get "considered" for it.

    Pros

Easy money if you need some spare cash. I have nothing else good to say. Sorry. Is the twenty words yet?

    Cons

Not safety orientated. No intake training. None. No reoccurring training. Get in, shut up, work and leave. Management has zero control and zero accountability. There's no benefit to working here. No flight benefits, no accrued vacation time, no sick time, and crappy insurance.

Good starting wage. Undemanding workload. Autonomy in facility. Good job for a temporary time.

Lack of communication between management and employees, especially feedback from employees to upper level management. Poor level of service given to customers due to lack of accountability. Poor benefits. No 401k offered. No life, short or long term disability offered.
