Untrustworthy management who makes promises but almost always fails to deliver. Give unreasonable deadlines that have no merit in terms of adding value to end user, especially when management could have very clearly articulated the deadlines with more advance notice. Little respect paid to employees.

Management make promises that they don't keep. One poor guy was hired to be a junior analyst, but was given a secretarial job when he showed up for work. Senior management did not understand technology or finance. It was a revolving door of employees.
