Pros

You're exposed to a lot of different clients and responsibilities very quickly. You learn fast because you have to.

Cons

Communication between offices was subpar. Employees were not supported by upper management to succeed. Employees were often asked to perform at levels that were significantly higher than their salary. Very high rate of employee turnover, which led to a significantly stressful environment. Experience was better in the beginning of my employment, but the lack of adequate communication and constant employee turnover made growth within the company impossible.

Pros

-Fantastic people, probably my favorite co workers I've ever had - Small team = Lots of hands-on experience at an early level -really cool clients that will look great for your resume. -Doing extra and going above and beyond what is asked of you is expected - leads to long term client relations, and a strong culture (this is both a pro and a con IMO, see below) -Generous but uncertain bonus structure -Absurdly good benefits -Free game codes as perks and generous equipment supplied to employees

Cons

-Culture really took a hit going after going fully remote IMO - endless zoom calls are brutal and really affect your energy -Many times I felt like I wasn't given specific enough feedback when told to improve -Pay is below most competing firms -Leadership can be somewhat disorganized in terms of planning for things like holidays, letting you know if you'll be involved in events, general admin, etc -Doing extra and going above and beyond what is asked of you is expected - leads to over delivering on what should be simple things like coverage reports that aren't needed, and lead to employees becoming discouraged when the client doesn't even end up reading them. -Very small team - another thing that's both a pro and a con IMO, as you are both expected to handle administrative "busy" work much further into your career than you would at other firms, but by the same token get to handle much more responsibility than you would elsewhere early in your career. -LOTS of international clients leads to odd hours/early calls fairly often

an incredibly collaborative workplace

Pros

I'm still absolutely in love with this place - the work can be rigorous and psychologically exhausting, but I've never known a company that does a better job of building community and caring about its employees. If you have a problem with something or someone, you'll need to bring it up with your manager - they're not mind-readers - but if you do, they will do everything in their power to help. There's immense opportunity for career growth if you impress them, and you'll be given as much responsibility as you can handle from the very start.

Cons

Work was the first thing I thought about when I woke up in the morning and the last thing I thought about before I fell asleep: your job will in many ways be your life. They build a cozy enough community that you won't *hate* your life, but you'll be juggling enough things that it can be hard to ever really turn off.
