I worked at Triumph full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Frequent trips to Canada on budget airlines and inexpensive (read: roach infested) hotels of a busy freeway.

    Cons

The family that owns it is unaware of it's own failures. Cronyism at it's worst. Hire people without the proper work visas and can't figure out why they have issues. Cannot figure out how to get a good leader for North America. HR policies are unequally applied to the point of violating NY Labor Law. Feedback is poor and infrequent. You should just be able to magically ascertain what it is that Triumph Europe wants...

    Advice to Management

Stick to manufacturing for other people. Get out of North America because you do not have a clear idea for a business model here. Stop treating your North American workers like scum because they are not German or Swedish and are not protected by European Labor Laws.

I have been working at Triumph full-time for less than a year

    Pros

This company is a European Company just launching in the US Market. Great opportunity to showcase your retail talent with a global company.

    Cons

Business could start up slow as the US Market doesn't know the brand. Recruiting is difficult because people are too afraid to come to an unknown company.
