Pros
There are some really great people there that genuinely do the best at their job and take pride in the work. That is not always easy to come by in S.Florida.
Cons
Top tier management are a disappointment to the positions that they hold. They do their best to distance themselves from the team of people they lead. This company repeats history by shrinking bonuses and commissions during the holidays. This causes turn over and the work load to be put upon others in the organization.
