Most employees were dedicated and worked hard for the company and mostly for the clients...

Cons

Poor management, not enough training, not professional, did not offer good support or management, benefits or anything to keep good employees. Poor reviews, poor management skills, untrained people moving up the ranks.

Pros

Supported some great people and worked alongside loving staff members.

Cons

Unless you're management or above, the c-suite at Turning Point does not care about you as a worker. By definition, to them, you are easily replaceable and not important.
