Unrealistic expectations and goals set by management slowly eroded the initially strong team spirit and cohesion. Employee dedication was not acknowledged or rewarded appropriately, as seen in the timing of layoffs The practice of hiring young professionals with the promise of career advancement, only to let them go shortly after, was both unethical and damaging to the team's morale and the company’ reputation.
