      Pros

      Turtle Wax is a genuine family company. Everyone is always willing to help and lift you up, teach you as much as they can. They support any learning opportunities that may improve you as a professional and a person. Everyone is involved in most aspects of the business and exposed to higher level information. They always look to innovate so any fresh ideas are welcome even if not applicable right away. The company is diverse and very inclusive. Very fair benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      I wouldn’t put it as a negative but you should be prepared to sometimes work out of hours due to the different time zones we work in. However, that is always accounted for and I have always felt comfortable asking for an early finish or later start because I know the extra hours I sometimes put in are appreciated.
