Pros
if your looking for a good place to work and get your starting experience, this is the place to be. the hire newcomers relatively easy, so long as you have some valid experience and a similar degree. the work pace is fast or slow, so you'll have some side time to work on any side projects you have. bosses are friendly, and you'll get training from a variety of people on your team.
Cons
The building location is old, so the atmosphere may seem musty, probably not the best for someone with asthma. the coworkers not on your team are old and experienced (this is not bad for me), but if you get offended really easily I don't think you'll get along very well with the other teams in the building.
