    Apeejay is a conglomerate has 7 companies.

    Cons

    Share of the typhoo tea in market is negligible Company has no aggressive marketing step to increase the sale. Very conventional and rigid management

    Great place for ambitious and self stater individuals. Hands on management. Owners one of the most intelligent entrepreneur in the trade. Very little red tape!

    Ad hoc decisions, less autonomy to managers.

    Pros

    Great staff working at the typhoo HQ, very diligent and proactive despite the day to day battles. Great benefits package.

    Cons

    Lack of management skills at top level. little support, direction or encouragement from the top which makes the moral at Typhoo extremely low for all.
