    Pros

Relaxing environment and very friendly team. Fun atmosphere and an easy place to communicate ideas. Very understudying of personal life and very supportive

    Cons

Being a small company has it limitations in growth and innovation. The compensation package is not very exciting. Salaries are not very competitive.

    Advice to Management

Some may need to have a better faith in their employees and not make decisions that are not part of their jobs.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at US Digital Partners (Less than a year)

    Pros

The office is peaceful. Overall, the office consists of caring, nice people. There wasn't anything else I liked..

    Cons

The pay and benefits weren't so great. The technology used is boring/stagnant. Hard to get in the tight-knit group and feel included and be trusted.

    Advice to Management

    Trust people more
