-Lack of transparent communication from management, leaving employees in the dark about key decisions. - Weak leadership with little direction or support for team development. -The culture is dominated by a “boys’ club” mentality, which restricts diversity and inclusion. - Low pay - The team dynamic is not great—collaboration is limited, and silos are common. -

There were a lot of exciting projects when I left, as the company acquired some smaller businesses and the Bumper to Bumper gave them more exposure.
