The working environment is toxic, chaotic and unprofessional. Employees are micro managed and don't receive a creative space. There is no clear vision or planning and the engineering teams are not working in any methodology. Every day new tasks pop up and disappear without any explanation to the engaged developers and it results in a significant waste of resources. The R&D lacks basic working patterns and methodology, features are being shipped to production every day without any risk evaluation and with no testing. This results in a never ending bug fixing routine as services are unstable and there is no plan to stabilize them but to only continue shipping new stuff. From the business perspective the company is far from what one might think. Customers are complaining about the product's lack of maturity and basic functionality bugs. POCs are only tailored for the specific needs to get a customer to sign with the company, but features aren't actually working properly and customers are later surprised and push back hard. The actual income that the company generates is shockingly small and the business outlook is not encouraging at all.
