Remote Working is a Pro

Cons

Poor Management - constantly changing the process and hiring people for the wrong job roles Very little training provided. Expected to just hit the ground running and if not they let you go unfortunately. Management very pushy and will keep you outside the expected working hours.

- Good team mates - Salaries paid on time - Good product

Cons

- The workload is crazy, and no matter how much you do, management is never happy. - They act like they care about employees, doing satisfaction surveys twice a year, but they are never discussed (just a formality). If you raise a complaint, they’ll listen but basically tell you they’re right and you’re wrong. - Plans keep changing all the time. - Some of my old colleagues were let go without any notice.
