      I agree with a lot of the recent reviews about the politics here. Too much politics for such a small organization. The company talks nonstop about culture, collaboration, and inclusion, but the reality doesn’t always match the sales pitch. Working here can feel like being on a ship with ten captains and no navigator. Everyone wants a hand on the wheel, everyone wants to change the course, and everyone wants a voice in the decision. Very few seem interested in reading the map. Some departments act like they’re competing in separate leagues instead of working for the same company.
