I have been working at VER full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

The coffee is free, the campus is large.

    Cons

Nepotism at work. Seems the only way to get a promotion is to be family of management or a complete brainless yes man. The new parent company PRG is on the east coast and has no real connection with the day to day dealing of the company or its employees, yet implement new standards not fit for the business model.

    Advice to Management

Give opportunity for growth based on merit not who's daughter your dating.
