      amazing crew , free access to gym

      - management is poor , like all corporations , they put profit over people - will implement new changes , doesn’t matter if it’s a bad change because “the crew will figure it out”. Will not hold themselves accountable but will instantly blame crew if it was done wrong , even though there was no manger overseeing new changes. -no upward mobility
