I had a very negative experience working for this company. Management is unfair and often reacts with annoyance when you ask questions, which creates a hostile environment. If you seek clarification, they seem to think you're incapable of doing your job. The managers in London expect you to figure everything out on your own without guidance. I was treated poorly and unjustly terminated without valid reasons, with false accusations made against me. I passed my three-month probation, but then out of nowhere, in my fifth month, I was called into a meeting and let go. This has been the worst company I have ever worked for, and it has significantly impacted my mental health in many ways.
