      Pros

      I have worked for a handful of agencies in my day. I have never seen such a well run agency. Very low stress. Everyone works well together. Never any finger pointing. Truly 40 hour weeks. This is not a place that over works the team.

      Cons

      Being an agency at times you work on the same things over and over again. However, the leadership team works very hard to give a good project mix. More of a con of working for an agency vs Vector as a whole. I do know Vector is working very hard to bring in new style of projects.

      Pros

      Vector is a great place to work. It's filled with smart people who do fun projects but has a very reasonable work/life balance. The office is professional but relaxed. I'm glad to get to work there every day.

      I honestly can't think of any.

      Pros

      I love working at vector because I get to learn and develop my skills to a whole new level. I love the people that work there and they are good to me. Very positive and hard working environment.

      Cons

      This company has no fault. I work with cool people and we are like families their. I'm glad vector media group hire me as their intern.
