I can't think of any aside from at least having a decent job

Cons

I had a horrible working experience here. The management was awful and terrible. They don't care about employees welfare and couldn't care enough about employee motivation. When I was working here, I was always dragging myself to go to work because of lack of motivation and low morale. That was the darkest moment of my entire career.

Good training structure for a junior, team based so opportunity to take home good commission early doors

Cons

Not so great for more mature consultants, no path other than management, and not enough management ops
