The owner is never there in the summer as he prefers to ride his bike and the "perks" like bringing your dog into the office only apply to him. If you disagree with the owner, you're gone. His high school education and insecurities are evident in his lack of leadership ability or willingness to hire people that actually have leadership skills and industry knowledge. There are no employe performance reviews, training or salary reviews. Management is not transparent to the employees. No one even knows what the company revenues are!
