      Flexible in terms of time off. There is a lot of collaboration within the non management circle.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations. Lack of foresight and direction. Less than adequate communication practices. Unwillingness for change.

      Easy job easy money over time hours sometimes

      Toxic management there manipulative all of them they will put words in you’re mouth one of the supervisors is on the registry as well very unorganized environment very small break room some have to stand on there break instead of being able to sit

      Pros

      Used to be somewhat small company, worked with family needs(time off even w.o. to to cover) had great company outings that brought comradery.

      Cons

      Unorganized , bought out by investment firm so what was already lacking in company got exasperated. They lost when they no longer had president of company, walked out way too many( who walks out people that put in 3 weeks anyways yall ain't that cool no one wants to steal your products/ingredient/ processes -they're easily avail or better than yours). Pto was a joke with4 hrs after 4 years.
