      generally positive but the negatives are really bad

      Pros

      depending on what you do, you can make a real difference on peoples lives office culture is generally good at times the job can be flexible

      Cons

      salary is nearly impossible to live on without a second job pay and benefit disparities between employees solely based on seniority unchanging management culture of 25+ years and toxic, catty practices are common upward mobility literally does not exist ever changing staff due to poor retention rate since the company barely tries to keep its people

      Pros

      The clients are excellent and it feels great to make an impact in their lives.

      Cons

      Almost constantly understaffed due to call-outs and employee burn-out. The Holyoke office was never up to health and safety code. If you try to bring up concerns to upper management they bully you into keeping quiet instead of making needed changes.

      Pros

      Location is on top of a shopping mall, with easy access to buses and a 5 min walk to Lechmere train station.

      Cons

      Its a small office and there's a high employee turn over. I worked there for 2 yrs and within that time 8 or more employees left. There's really no opportunity for career growth within the company and the pay isn't great.
