        Pros

Has competitive benefits and work from home.

        Cons

There’s a lot of favoritism and no growth opportunities. The job requires a lot of overtime and there’s very little to no incentives. There’s extremely poor communication in the audit department. The department head was very unprofessional and cringy. He made comments to me about another female coworker’s underwear, and would ask me about what dating sites I would go on. One day he ended our meeting by telling me he had to go take care of himself. He talked inappropriately about politics, and would bring up my religion to me. Things would not get communicated to the entire department. The managers micromanaged me. I had to keep track of everything I did. I would not be allowed to do my own work. I was not given proper access to systems, my equipment didn’t work, and I had to buy everything for my own home office. The work environment was highly toxic. My work would often disappear from or have glitches. Working here was one of the worst experiences I ever had in my life.

Uninspiring leadership. Management only pays attention and takes care of a handful of people.

                    Pros

Very positive atmosphere and little politicking. People treat others with respect and there is a great team aspect. The Company walks the talk relative to being honest 100% of the time and is focused on doing things the right way. It's a great place to work!

                    Cons

I don't have much to say about downsides. I have worked at many companies over my career and this is at the top. There used to be a resistance to change, but with more people coming in with other outside experience and ideas, there is more openness and willingness to change.

Beautiful area. Great work environment. Safe and friendly work environment. Everyone who worked in my area was very nice and respected.

                      Cons

Scheduling was a strange but I enjoyed the extra work. Worked long hours but pay made it worth it. Room and board was provided for a very cheap deduction from wages. That environment could have been maintained better.

                        Pros

Remote employees were common rather than frowned upon which facilitated ongoing communication across the world. Management was realistic in expectations and the work was fun.

                        Cons

Company's IT department lost all upper management and the organization began a downward slide soon after.

I’m interviewing with a vp of product today for a product design manager role and in my prep I’m struggling to think of a response for “a time I disagreed with leadership” like I know there have been times but I can’t think of a specific any tips or advice?

Does anyone have any suggestion templates for a message to send on linkedin that they’ve tested/worked to get a response from a recruiter that works at the company but isn’t linked to the job posting / hiring manager when you see a job posting that you are a right fit for and don’t have a relationship that you were able to build with time like most of these career advisors suggest and don’t want it to come across like a ask?

                      Manager

I’ve recently completed an interview for my dream job at a dream company. It went well (and received same feedback from HR afterwards), however I was just informed the position is placed on hold to ascertain their resources, etc. my interviewer was the head of the department. Would it be inappropriate for me to reach out to her on LinkedIn to let her know I would be interested in any future roles on her team?
