Benefits really are great. Pay is fair. Nice work environment, fun work activities, company never has random layoffs, increasing pay, never work weekends, really interesting colleagues, reasonable expectations.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a bit to find the right replacement and a heavier load falls on the members left. It always is corrected but is noticed.

Pros

Great people to work with who are genuinely nice. Management cares about your success and they want to make sure you have what you need to perform with the best outcome possible. The office is an open, clean place to work and the workspace is very comfortable. Free lunch on Monday is a huge plus, and the healthcare is second to none.

Cons

It's very hard to find any cons about working here. With all the Pros, any Cons are extremely minimal, if any.
