    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at WaterAid part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Collaborative, relaxed, friendly culture. Very agile and flexible. Really look after their staff

    Cons

Slow decision making. Too many adbhic situations are being creative. Policies, t&c, need to be strictly adhered to and not bent and made as one-off situations.

    Advice to Management

You don't need to ask everyone for their input. Make decisions and move on.

    Pros
