      Pros

      The organization is focused on high quality solutions for their clients and committed to delivering according to schedule. The owner is passionate about her organization and seeks top talent to implement what the clients desire. Innovative technology, amazing coworkers, virtual office and top notch clients make this a positive work environment.

      Cons

      If you are not a self-motivator you will be challenged. Since it is a virtual office and you make your own hours, you have to know how to manage your own work/life balance.

      Pros

      Web Loft Designs takes a stakeholder approach to employment. We don't have layers of management, we have specialists and each of us is asked to take ownership of our "department" and make things work better. We are always in improvement mode and management is very open to new ideas. While we work remotely, we do make time to chat, laugh with one another and discuss our weekends, etc. We are also given some flexibility in schedule and ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      As a small business, we don't have resources and structures of larger companies. This has both benefits and drawbacks where some of internal administration can be disorganized.

      Pros

      Everyone who works here is serious and passionate about what they do, we aim to have a 100% client satisfaction. The company and team are growing and there is lots of room for advancement. While this is a professional team, we also love to have fun! Basketball hoops & Google TV in the break room are just a few of the ways people take breaks

      Cons

      If you are a person that does not embrace change do not work here. We are constantly looking for ways to improve how we do things, so you need to be able to roll with the punches.
