Pros
- Great ARR, with a positive outlook moving forward. - Not your typical California-based software company. The team didn't over-raise during funding rounds, and is in the black. Consistent, sustainable growth = smart growth. - 12+ years of success and counting - Great team, smart people, a "get what needs to be done, done" attitude that doesn't fret about face time, vanity metrics etc. - Focus is (rightly) about clients, clients, clients and delivering the best results possible. - UGC moderation is relevant to an increasing number of companies and markets. The addressable customer base is enormous and the upside is very, very real.
Cons
Very few cons. One downside, perhaps, with (intentionally) lower VC rounds is not quite as much ammo for aggressive marketing, but customer referrals and SEO offsets this.
