Pros
Leading online wedding destination for weddings, it's one of the best places to get experience. You can receive significant experience and responsibility, but don't expect appreciation or recognition for you work. I spent long hours (past 7pm) and sometimes would come to work early in the morning. This happened quite frequently. Afterwards, despite my commitment, I was given no recognition for my hard work. You will get a lot of responsibility for your job title - and will enjoy it if you don't care about career titles. People that work there are generally nice people as well. They work hard and are great people to work with.
Cons
It's a tough working environment, they fire people pretty often if you don't perform.
