    Pros

Great people to work with, meet a ton new people.

    Cons

No challenges, no growing, corporate staff treats club level employees like crap. The problem is from the top down. Pay is not competitive, it is barely livable.

    Advice to Management

Start hiring better people to at manager levels, pay appropriately and invest in the current employees that are worth it.

I worked at Wellbridge full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Looking back I regret leaving Wellbridge, I was well taken care of and loved the environment. They make everyone accountable and the goals were realistic. I have worked for several fitness companies in Denver and this is the best of the best. They provide great health insurance and 401 K and pay you on retaining members. I would highly recommend this company.

    Cons

Expectations are high but if you have a strong work ethic the goals can be achieved!

    Advice to Management

My GM was very supportive and now that I'm gone I miss her very much!

I worked at Wellbridge part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Clients, Great Staff, Awesome Atmosphere. You are in a club and can workout whenever you want, manage your schedule, and for the most part you have complete autonomy of your schedule as long as you are training 25 hours of clients or more a week.

Can make good money as long as you train more than 46.5 hours in a two week period.

    Cons

Your $ per hour is completely dependant on the number of hours you train clients per pay period. So lets say you normally train 40 hours of clients in 2 weeks making 35$ an hour. If you miss a day due to illness and train fewer people in that pay period, you would drop down to the next lower pay tier...30$ per hour. So with holidays that you may miss a day or two of your normal training...you may even drop to the lowest tier for all clients for the entire pay period. Before you work here just make sure you are comfortable knowing that.

-Work Schedule is what it is. Youll need to be busy from 5am-10am and most likely again 3pm-7pm. The days get long but its nice to be able to workout just about whenever you want and be able to take a break and go home if you live close by.

    Advice to Management

They are pretty good at my club. They just let you do your thing and train your people...it would be nice if there was a better feeder system to get new clients but for the most part its up to the trainer to build their schedule and always be looking for new business.

I worked at Wellbridge part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy to get along with the other staff members.
    Free membership to the club.
Relaxing and fun space to work.

    Cons

Hard to deal with clients sometimes.
No ability to get raises even after years of working there. (Price is final) Management will not let you go over 40 hours/week.
    Archaic computer system.

    Advice to Management

Lack of training in the beginning.
Not enough people who have been trained in understanding the computer system to help out.

I have been working at Wellbridge full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I thoroughly enjoy working for The Wellbridge Company! From the time I started and had the pleasure of leading one of the many Clubs across the Country, I was embraced as part of the Family! The heart that's beating and passion for people to improve their lives through fitness and wellness starts at the Corporate Office and truly infiltrates all its Clubs. You feel care and community, like your Club and Company is your home away from home!

    Cons

I only wish I could see my beloved peers from other Regions more often! They're stellar people and would love to have more in person contact. Though, our yearly Company gathering of the leaders in Vail, Colorado is such a treat and am so grateful we have that opportunity each year!

    Advice to Management

Show care and commitment to your Members and Staff, and the results will come to you!
