- Don't expect any proper onboarding/training when you join - Management doesn't respect lower level employees - Management prioritizes overseas contractors over full time employees - Due to high employee turnover they are constantly short staffed, and expect the rest of the team to make up for that gap - Time tracking is awful. You have to log your time in 15 minute increments. If you log 40 billable hours you are really working at least 45 hours because there are no time codes for admin stuff like emails/communication and entering time.

- Management is a game of favorites with little to no communication to the staff - We just went through layoffs after a “record” Q2, I am sure more to follow in Q1 24’. - Processes and responsibilities change with the wind with little to no feedback from the staff - Largely offshore skilled resources who are pushed too thin with inadequate help - Little to no upward mobility - Impossible to get the help you need when you need it
